Hello Pet Parents!

Brrr...it is getting cold, it must be time for our Fall Newsletter! There have been a few changes at Waggin’ Wheelz this year, the most noticeable being seen at the front desk. We welcomed Kaitlyn back from her year long maternity leave and said goodbye to Thora, fill-in receptionist extraordinaire! We were very sad to see Thora go but we know we will still see her around the clinic with her many critters and/or foster critters! 

You may have noticed another smiling face around the clinic, Kim Hickey joined the team in mid August! We are very excited to have her on board and know she can’t wait to meet all of our patients! We will be very happy to have that extra set of hands as we have another F.A.R.M. Cat Day scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th. This program fills up very quickly so please call the clinic directly to book your spot. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (this prevents no shows and cancellations). How does the new online store work? 

You can now browse our entire catalogue from the comfort of your home and enjoy FREE, next day shipping* to the clinic. You can even set up automated orders so you never run out of food, treats or other supplies again! *Orders must be placed before 3 pm. No deliveries on weekends, statutory holidays or during clinic closures. One-time registration required.*

What is the Covid-10 protocol at the clinic?

Due to the size of the clinic, we are continuing to implement our one household at a time policy to allow for social distancing. This means the clinic door will remain locked and you must call (or knock) upon arrival. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. If you are uncomfortable, you may wait in your vehicle. It is not mandatory to wear a mask in the clinic, but you may do so. We thank all of our clients for understanding.
