Below you'll find some helpful information to read prior to your scheduled appointment:

If your pet is scheduled for a dental procedure or surgery, please remember the fasting procedure. This means no food for 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Your pet should always have access to fresh water. If your pet is not fasted, we will not be able to proceed with your appointment.

If your pet is scheduled for an Annual Wellness Exam (or 3rd vaccination appointment for puppies/kittens), please collect and bring a fecal sample in a clean, leak-proof container. We highly recommend screening for internal parasites and treating (when applicable) with a targeted approach. Collection containers may be picked up from the clinic, free of charge.

How to collect a fecal sample: 1) Wear gloves 2) Collect a fresh sample that is still soft and moist (can be refrigerated for up to 7 days)  3) Use a disposable utensil to collect a sample about the size of two sugar cubes  4) Place the sample in a clean, leak-proof container 5) Drop off sample to the clinic as soon as possible. Store in the fridge or a cool place (do not freeze).

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (306) 554-9663. We require 24 hours notice for general appointments and 48 hours for surgery or dental appointments. You may be charged a late cancellation or missed appointment fee if adequate notice is not given. Late cancellation or missed appointment fees range from $25 - $200 dependant on appointment type.
